WIRING HARNESS BUILD TEAM

                                              


Our Wiring Harness Build Technicians build highly complex wiring harnesses using Sealed System Raychem DR-25 with Contra-Helically Layed 55A or 55M Specification Wire and Automotive Technology Wiring Harnesses using Thin Wall PVC wire and Braid and Conduit Protection Systems.

Mike has been in the Motorsport, Automotive and Defence industries for over 25 years.

                                              Sarah has worked in the motorsport industry for 5 years.




Sarah's career started in Dentistry which quickly lead her to become a qualified Practice Manager. Sarah uses these skills to manage the day to day running of the company from Human Resources to Inventory Management, Accounts and Purchasing. 

ABOUT US

Starting out as an Apprentice Avionics Technician for RNAY Fleetlands in Gosport Hampshire, Mike then moved to Benetton F1 team in 1998 as an Electronics Technician designing and building wiring harnesses before working for Jaguar Racing as the Electronics Department Coordinator. Mike then moved to Tyco Electronics as a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager, Managing large Electrical Wiring Harness Design and Build programs in Land Systems and Marine Defence.  

In 2012 with partner Sarah McCaskill HCI Systems Limited was formed.

                                              Scott has worked in the motorsport industry for 5 years.




Scott joined HCI Systems in 2016 as  Wiring Harness Design Engineer bringing experience gained from working on the Bentley GT3 and Focus RSRX projects through employment at M-Sport.  

Scott designs wiring harnesses using Zuken E3 Series and Autocad when required.
