Scott joined HCI Systems in 2016 as Wiring Harness Design Engineer bringing experience gained from working on the Bentley GT3 and Focus RSRX projects through employment at M-Sport.
Scott designs wiring harnesses using Zuken E3 Series, Arcadia and Autocad when required.

Starting out as an Apprentice Avionics Technician for RNAY Fleetlands in Gosport Hampshire, Mike then moved to Benetton F1 team in 1998 as an Electronics Technician designing and building wiring harnesses before working for Jaguar Racing as the Electronics Department Coordinator. Mike then moved to Tyco Electronics as a Prince 2 qualified Project Manager, Managing large Electrical Wiring Harness Design and Build programs in Land Systems and Marine Defence before moving back into Motorsport.
